Hallo ihr lieben wer kann mir etwas über Granulationen rund ums Shunt- Ventil mitteilen. Danke Foxi

Hallo Foxi,

Granulationsgewebe kann sich um die Fistel herum bilden, wenn z.B. das Shunt Ventil zu kurz ist und ein ständiger Druck auf das Gewebe ausgeübt wird.

Das Granulationsgewebe wird weggelasert oder geätzt.

Es muss unbedingt die Größe des Shunt Ventils überprüft werden!!
