ich hoffe, es geht Dir morgen schon wieder deutlich besser - am besten gehst Du einfach früh ins Bett und verschläfst das heutige Elend. Und mach dir keine Gedanken wegen dicken/roten Bäckchen, das ist doch wirklich noch das kleinste Übel bei der ganzen Sache.

Ich habe hier noch einen kleinen Artikel über Iressa gefunden, der für Dich interessant sein könnte:

Gefitinib may be just as effective as intravenous docetaxel, trial suggests.

Medscape (11/25, Chustecka) reported, "A large phase III trial has shown that the oral drug gefitinib (Iressa) is just as effective as but has fewer adverse effects than intravenous docetaxel (Taxotere) when used in the second-line treatment of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC)." For the trial, "a total of 1,466 patients were enrolled, and 1,433 were evaluable." The "patients were randomized to receive either gefitinib 250 mg/day every day, or docetaxel 75 mg/m2 in a one-hour infusion every three weeks." Researchers found that "median overall survival was 7.6 months in the gefitinib group and 8.0 months in the docetaxel group, and one-year survival was 32 percent and 34 percent, respectively. Median progression-free survival was 2.2 months with gefitinib and 2.7 months with docetaxel, and progression-free survival at six months was 19 percent vs. 18 percent, respectively." Furthermore, "gefitinib was associated with lower rates of treatment-related adverse events than docetaxel, and the two drugs showed a different pattern of adverse effects."

Es scheint also durchaus eine Alternative zu sein, über die Du ggf statt bzw nach Docetaxel nachdenken könntest.
