Tja, jetzt werde mal konkret: WAS für Befunde hat er denn, insbesondere Blutergebnisse und Ultraschall ?
Grundsätzlich: wenn Du ihm nicht traust, gehe halt zu einem anderen Urologen ohne dem neuen zu sagen, dass Du schon woanders warst. So bildet er sich eine 100%ig eigene Meinung und setzt sich nicht in ein bereits angestoßenes Boot.

ergebnis: weiße blutkörperchen im urin schließt deswegen tumor aus
will nun über nen weiteren test herausfinden ob es ein infekt ist

was sind tumormarker???
also habe eben angerufen, mir wurde gesagt das bakterien im urin wären und es da ausreichen würde antibiotika zu nehmen, aber ob das dieses ding da weg macht was an meinem hoden ist das sagt mir keiner komm mir en bissel verarscht vor

Tumormarker sind Enzyme bzw. Proteine die von Tumoren gebildet werden. Es gibt spezifische Marker, die auch wirklich nur von bestimmten Tumoren gebildet werden, und es gibt unspezifische. Diese Marker werden bei verschiedenen Krankheitsbildern gebildet.
Die für Hodenkrebs relevanten Marker sind: AFP (Alpha-Feto-Protein) ß-HCG (Human Chorion Gonadotropin ("Schwangerschaftshormon")) LDH (Laktat-Dehydrogenase) und PLAP (Placenta-Alkalische-Phosphatase) Um einen Hodenkrebs verläßlich auszuschließen sollten Marker undbedingt genommen werden, wobei es auch beim HK marker-negative Formen gibt. Negative Marker und ein normaler Ultraschallbefund schließen HK de facto verläßlich aus. Wenn Du nicht zufrieden bist, lass halt noch einen anderen Urologen drauf schauen. Hatte ich Dir das nicht schon mal geschrieben ????

war heute beim arzt so erstmal ist eine entzündung im körper die wollen die zuerst raus bekommen, das heißt bis nächsten freitag antibiotika nehmen.....wenn es dann nicht besser ist wieder zum arzt wirklich zufrieden bin ich mal garnet
